"Ziggy Buys Houses" is a service and brand operated by Above Realty Homes. References to "Above Realty Homes" in these Terms include the Ziggy Buys Houses service and any other services or brands operated under the Above Realty Homes umbrella.

User Obligations

When using our Site and services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting any forms on the Site
  • Not misuse the Site or interfere with other users' access to or use of the Site
  • Not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law

Opting Out and Getting Help

  • Buyer profiles displayed in the buyer directory are sample data provided for demonstration purposes to illustrate the platform concept.
